UVa Information Technology Services is looking for a business and tech savvy product manager to help us deliver the best software and cloud solutions to the innovative faculty, students and staff of the University. Utilizing your skills as user advocate, access administrator and business analyst, you will work with a diverse team to implement new software and SaaS solutions, manage access and provisioning of users, and keep us ahead of the curve of new features and entitlements.

Key skills and attributes we're looking for include:
Experience administering SaaS systems, managing access and entitlement provisioning
Demonstrated skill querying and parsing data into rulesets
Experience using scripting languages (i.e. PowerShell) to automate processes
Experience with database management systems, concepts, and architectures
Knowledge and understanding of data flow diagrams and logic
Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation
Ability to analyze and correct system faults\errors in application or database layers
A customer-centric focus that continuously frames decision-making in terms of customer needs and value
Customer service orientation to respond to ad-hoc requests accurately and professionally
