DEADLINE EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 6!
RICHMOND, VA, OCTOBER 3, 2015 -- The Fahrenheit Group invites your participation in the Mid-Atlantic Total Compensation Survey for Small and Middle Market Companies. The 25th annual survey is the most comprehensive assessment of total compensation practices for small and middle market firms in the Mid-Atlantic region.

This year the survey will be conducted using an online tool and allows the preparer to complete the survey at their own pace. Participating companies will be provided a free copy of the summary results in November. The deadline for responses is Friday, November, 6th.
In addition, the summary report to be published in November will include salary adjustment, annual and equity incentive plan, human resource practice, and employee benefit plan prevalence data. To participate, firms must have more than two employees and provide pay data matches for at least two of the 50 jobs. Your company’s responses will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other organization. It is anticipated that participants should be able to complete the survey in a couple of hours, in most cases.
Non-participating firms can purchase the survey results for $400.
The 2015 – 2016 survey is co-sponsored by regional membership-based organizations that serve small and middle market firms in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Delaware and the Carolina’s. Last year’s participants had a median revenue of $6.1 million and a median of 38 employees. This year’s survey distribution is much broader and we are anticipating an increase in the number of participating companies.
