Full Stack Developers

  • Strong background in Java!
  • Understanding of Object Oriented concepts, design patterns, and various open-source toolkits and frameworks
  • Familiarity with all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with using HTML and CSS, XML, and XLST including CSS frameworks
  • Experience with developing front-end applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks, including Angular.js or Ember.js
  • Experience with server-side application development using languages, including Java, PHP, or Python
  • Experience with usability analysis, testing, and client-facing engagements, including design discussions and product demonstrations
  • Experience with testing frameworks, including Jasmine, Karma, or Selenium
  • Experience with a structured build tools such as Gulp or Grunt

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Linux environment with BASH/PERL scripting is helpful
  • Java build tools, including Maven or Gradle 
  • JavaScript build tools, including Gulp and NPM 
  • Network security, including access and authorization for PKI and chain trusting 
  • Agile development methodologies 
  • Additional programming languages, including Golang, C, and C# 
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, and GitLab 
  • Knowledge of Web development, JavaScript, JSON REST, Web architecture, and HTTP specification 

Other Requirements:

  • Degree requirements depend on the position. Some will allow for GED plus relevant experience, others require a BS or MS depending on level.
  • Some positions require security clearances, others require the ability to obtain a clearance. Our preference is if for developers with at least a Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

 

System Administrators

  • Experience in IT systems hardware and systems configuration, management, and administration with at least 1 of those years of experience with DoD classified systems and networks 
  • Experience with installing and managing hardware components, including desktops, servers, storage devices, or network switches
  • Experience with systems, storage, or network administration in Windows, Linux, Solaris, NetApp, Cisco, or Brocade, including installing, configuring, and maintaining configuration control for multiple software applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio 
  • HS diploma or GED or 3 years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree in Computer Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or IT 
  • DoD 8570 compliance Certification, including Security+ required 

    Additional Qualifications 
    -Experience with managing network changes using an ITIL framework 
    -Experience with Matlab and modeling and simulation software 
    -AA or AS degree in CS, Information Systems, IT, or a related field preferred; BA or BS degree in Computer Engineering, CS, Information Systems, IT, or a related field a plus 

 

IT Business Analytics

  • Experience with planning, designing, implementing, and analyzing business analytic solutions, including the creation of enterprise dashboards, reporting tools, and alerting mechanisms 
  • AA or AS degree and 8+ years of experience with IT systems administration and engineering, including responsibilities related to maintaining high systems availability and secure systems posture, such as patching and maintenance or BA or BS degree and 6+ years of experience with IT systems administration and engineering 
  • DoD 8570 Certification, including Security+, CASP, CISSP, or CISM 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience with enterprise visualization tools, including Tableau, Spotfire, Splunk, and PowerBI 
  • Experience with designing, implementing, and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) 
  • Experience with data and trend analyses to identify areas of process improvement, technical deficiencies, capacity management, and areas of opportunity 
    -Experience with the management and operational use of systems monitoring tools, including SolarWinds, Splunk, or Microsoft SCOM 
    -Experience with developing and enhancing operational procedures and new innovative solutions to address current and emerging IT challenges 
    -Knowledge of ITIL change managements and problem management best practices 
    -Ability to work independently and as a team member to solve difficult technical challenges on a global scale 
    -Possession of excellent team collaboration skills 
    -BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or Network Engineering 
    -PMP or ITILv3 Certification
