2022 CBIC Annual Meeting
Election of Officers & Directors for Fiscal Year Ending 2023
November 29, 2022, at 12:00 noon via Zoom.
The purpose of the annual meeting is for members of the Council to:
- Elect a Board of Directors for the 2022 – 2023 Council year,
- Receive a report from the Chairman on the State of the Council as required by the Council Bylaws
- Transact any other business that may properly come before the Annual Meeting.
Calling All Members!
I, Craig Honick, Chairman of the Charlottesville Business Innovation Council (CBIC), do hereby announce that the annual meeting of the organization will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 12:00 noon via Zoom. All members of the Council are encouraged to attend this brief meeting. There is no cost and no advanced registration is required. Zoom details below. In addition to and alternatively, members are asked to submit a proxy form online.

The Meeting shall be conducted in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Council as well as the Laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Rules contained in the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised shall govern the meeting in all cases in which they are applicable.
