2023: That’s a Wrap!
As we put a bow on 2023, we reflect on some pretty remarkable achievements clocked by both our tech ecosystem and CBIC. Many of us gathered at Chickadee this past week to celebrate at CBIC’s Toast The Town and enjoyed this Sizzle Reel with some high points.
This coming year, we look forward to expanding our base of partners, members and supporters to develop even more programs to: accelerate tech innovation | inspire and infuse talent in our workforce | navigate and educate our community | curate and circulate timely ecosystem intel | facilitate collaborations and connections | celebrate success and those who impress!
We are excited to share that we have a first-of-its-kind event in the works designed for regional ventures and people to:
- discover, learn, collaborate, and connect to grow the startup, tech, business and regional economy
- gather and ignite key innovation sectors in our region and the Commonwealth
- attract new resources for tech and innovation ventures
When we have more details to share, we’ll drop a note via quantum enabled, AI-driven, biometrically secured, blockchain encrypted, alternative fuel powered fleet of drones. JK, our newsletter and socials seem to do the trick 🙂
But do save these 2024 dates for two of our annual marquee programs:
- Thur, May 30 | 25th Annual CBIC Awards Gala at North Fork
- Fri, Nov 15 | 20th Annual CBIC Tech Tour
and, add reminders to your calendar to come hang with us at our monthly:
- CBIC Tech On Tap (2nd Tuesdays)
- Ce2: Charlottesville Entrepreneurs and Espresso (3rd Tuesdays)
We’ll see you in the new year!
Tracey Greene, Executive Director, and the CBIC Team.
