Election of Officers & Directors for Fiscal Year Ending 2027

The purpose of the annual meeting is for members of the Council to:
- Elect a Board of Directors for the 2025 - 2026 Council year,
- Elect a Slate of Officers for the 2025 - 2026 Council year
- Receive a report from the Chairman on the State of the Council as required by the Council Bylaws
- Transact any other business that may properly come before the Annual Meeting.

The Meeting shall be conducted in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Council as well as the Laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Rules contained in the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised shall govern the meeting in all cases in which they are applicable.
