2023 CBIC GOLF FOR TECH TOURNAMENT
in Memory of Damon Devito
Damon attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to pursue his MBA at the University of Virginia (UVA) Darden School of Business where he was the recipient of the Samuel Forrest Hyde Scholarship.
Damon DeVito was an angel investor, entrepreneur, adviser/director to startups and owner of The Club at Glenmore and Ferncroft Country Club, Venture Partner at Varsity Financial Group, and mentor at UVA’s incubator. In October 2022, Damon lived out his dream of launching a rolling venture capital fund on AngelList called the Corner Fund that enables investors connected to UVA to invest in startups with a UVA connection. Damon was an All-Star Mentor with Techstars (designating top 1%). He taught an applied entrepreneurship class at UVA Darden to support student founders in growing their startups and had a profound impact on them in and outside of the classroom.
Proceeds support the annual CBIC Student Entrepreneur of the Year and CBIC Tech In Education Grants, and the CBIC Tech Tour Scholarship Fund and Startups on Innovators Row.

Innovators Row @ Golf For Tech 2023: November 6th
An annual showcase of innovation-based startups connecting disruptors with tech leaders and enthusiasts
Each exhibitor will receive ample space to showcase their innovations on one of the course’s 18 holes or at an equally premiere location. Limited spots. Apply early (and before November 6). We highly encourage Food & Beverage innovators to apply!
Applicants who are accepted will pay a one-time Innovators Row participation fee of $100 for their exhibit space and opportunity to test their products, promote their startup, and celebrate with us outdoors at a beautiful venue! We will notify applicants of their acceptance status on a rolling basis. CBIC is offering a limited number of grants to select startups who indicate a need on their application.
