DisruptHR/Charlottesville is a night of provocative five-minute talks by Charlottesville business and community leaders about the future of work and talent.
DisruptHR was founded on the belief that the work and talent practices of the past will not be sustainable in the future. DisruptHR is an information exchange intended to energize, inform, and empower business executives, community leaders, and others who recognize the importance of challenging our conventional thinking about talent and work.
DisruptHR will begin with an hour of networking during which drinks and light appetizers will be served. This will be followed by 10-15 five-minute talks on the future of work and talent. All proceeds will benefit Computers4Kids!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS EVENT: Anyone who is interested in having an intelligent, thought-provoking, and engaging conversation about the future of work and talent should attend DisruptHR. The event will appeal most directly to business leaders, HR professionals, and community organizers.
