CBIC Tech on Tap: A monthly networking event hosted at different venues around Charlottesville. Tech on Tap provides a great opportunity to rub shoulders with CEOs, entrepreneurs, investors, and students. Come to Tech on Taps, and you will be amazed by the diversity of our technology and entrepreneurship community. CBIC members enjoy free admittance.

CBIC Tech Night Takeovers (TNT): The Tech Night Takeover series offers a quarterly educational panel discussion on topics that are relevant to entrepreneurs. Drawing from successful founders and seasoned business leaders in our community, past topics have included Data Science, Crowdfunding your startup, and Virginia’s industrial hemp landscape. CBIC members receive either discounted or free admittance.

CBIC Tech Tour: An annual advocacy initiative run by CBIC and sponsored by technology businesses in Charlottesville, where more than 400 middle and high school students tour tech businesses. During this unique evening, participants will tour some of the most successful technology companies and get the opportunity to learn how they overcame obstacles to become successful. The event is also a great opportunity for young adults to network with tech entrepreneurs, CEOs, and investors. CBIC members have the opportunity to participate as both a tour site to expose students to their operations and as program sponsors.

Charlottesville Entrepreneurs & Espresso (Ce2): Ce2 is a monthly casual gathering of learning for entrepreneurs at all stages of venture creation. Get inspired, meet fellow entrepreneurs, share lessons learned, and become a part of Charlottesville’s vibrant and growing entrepreneurial ecosystem. CBIC members are admitted at no cost.

CBIC Annual Awards Gala: CBIC is proud to showcase Central Virginia entrepreneurs, innovators, and organizations that contribute significantly to the region's innovation ecosystem. Innovators Row is a popular element of the Gala that connects established tech community leaders and enthusiasts with local disruptors. CBIC members receive a considerable discount on gala tickets and sponsorships.

CBIC Website Member Directory: Your membership also gets you listed in our member directory, where you can find networking opportunities and services your organization needs, and where members can learn more about your organization.  CBIC members are listed in our directory with their logo, website, and contact information.
